This Lower Gwynedd home used subway tile, shiplap, and wainscoating to bring texture to the kitchen, dining room, living room, great room, and mudroom. A fireplace was added to the kitchen, oak hardwood floors were laid throughout the downstairs and quartz was used for the countertops.  A shaker style front door, Hardie siding, and new windows with black aluminum clad exterior turned this house into a home.
