To revisit "the why: of our 5-star review: : I've have dealt exclusively with Glenn Seydel for our home projects small and increasingly escalated, since 2009. My wife and I have watched him grow the business from him, his father Frank, and a small crew into what it is now. Glenn has somehow managed to fill his extensive team with people who share his core values: integrity, honesty, and work ethic. The Seydel Group has done every one of our home projects- in both homes we have owned. If The Seydel Group had a frequent flier/high mileage client program, we'd be platinum members. When we bought our current home in 2021, I asked Glenn to come to the inspection with us and tell us if what hoped was possible. If he had said 'No' (and he would have if he needed to), we would not have bought the house. He said 'Yes,' and made it happen. The Seydel Group nailed it too- the most recent renovation was an enormous (understatement) undertaking and they aced it. We love our home. While I know there are other organizations out there, neither my wife nor I would even consider asking anyone other than Glenn Seydel and The Seydel Group to do the work. We would give anyone who asked our highest recommendation for the Seydel team in a heartbeat.

We went down to the studs and had to build back up with flooring, walls, cabinetry, appliances, tile, countertops, lighting, and fixtures. After waiting over twenty years for a new kitchen, we now have the kitchen of our dreams in the most beautiful space. I cannot say enough about the care taken by Seydel Construction Group. From beginning to end, we had nothing but an excellent experience. We had several problems due to the age and condition of our nearly one hundred year old house. Glenn and Bryan problem solved to fix it. Our project manager, Bryan, provided us with daily updates. We never had an unanswered question. We worked with kitchen designer, Darya, who always took extra care with questions and design selections. Seydel Construction and the Seydel family are good people who are honest and stand by their work - qualities hard to find in today's world. We are so very pleased.

We have been so happy with our renovations - and we lived through them with kids and dogs - but they were a dream to work with and everything was so detail oriented and great communication. Some small settlement from the renovation has occurred and they have come out and fixed those minor issues. Can't recommend them enough.

I can't say enough about the Seydel Group’s exemplary commitment to customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail. The process was great from start to finish. It was well organized and documented, and I was informed of what to expect throughout the process on their CoConstruct app. Seydel’s tradespeople and subs were all top-notch. The Seydel Group truly exceeded my expectations and I could not be happier with the final product. Additionally, my house was hit by a tornado during my renovation and Glenn Seydel was at my house the next morning and had his workers patching my roof. Seydel was able to complete all the damage done to my house from the tornado, as well as, my kitchen renovation in a timely manner. I highly recommend the Seydel Group to anyone interested in a renovation, as the entire team is truly genuine, responsive, and accommodating.
